The hyperextension bench, sometimes called the “Roman Chair,” is prized by athletes all over the world for its proven track record of enhancing core strength, fortifying upper leg muscles, and bolstering the muscles of the lower back. These benches are wonderfully versatile, enabling the user to perform seated exercises for abdominal development and then seamlessly transition to back workouts simply by turning to face the other direction.
The thigh pads on this particular bench, the Lotus, adjust to accommodate variable user heights, using a pull-pin mechanism. Constructed with an 11-gauge steel frame and outfitted with contoured molded-foam padding, the Lotus is built to meet the demands of full-use commercial fitness facilities, and its conservative 59” by 28” footprint makes it ideal for space-conscious home gym owners.
The lotus flower is a hardy aquatic plant that fights its way through meters of mud and water to bloom. Likewise, the Lotus hyperextension bench is for athletes who earned their gains.

This is a really solid piece of equipment. It truly is commercial quality.
I urge anyone who purchases from Bolt Fitness to ask for Bryce. There IS a difference. I truly suggest that do. Bryce made my purchase flawless, by staying involved until the very end. Thank you Bryce!
