Pre-order payment options

Pay in full online, or contact us to arrange a 40% deposit, with the remaining 60% payable before dispatch. Email sales@p1fitness.com.au or use the deposit enquiry on your product page.

Delivery to customers is free. We operate online only and do not offer local pickup.

Estimated delivery in 6–10 weeks

The standard estimated delivery window is 6–10 weeks from order confirmation to delivery at your address, including the pre-order wait and transit. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.

Import timing can depend on production, vessel schedules, customs clearance and onward freight. Online availability is not a guaranteed delivery date. We will advise of material changes and discuss available options. Do not book installation around an unconfirmed arrival date.

Changes and refunds

If supply cannot proceed as agreed, contact us to discuss cancellation and refund options. Your Australian Consumer Law rights continue to apply. See our returns policy and shipping policy.
